Protective Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive principals safely, smoothly, and discreetly according to planned itineraries.
• Plan and check routes, timing, and alternatives before each movement.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, inspected, and ready.
• Coordinate movements with protection agents and the operations center.
• Stay aware of surroundings and respond calmly when conditions change.
• Keep accurate trip and vehicle records.

Required qualifications

• A valid driver's license for the vehicles and region of the assignment.
• Professional driving experience, such as chauffeur, security, or transportation work.
• Safe, calm, and courteous driving, with a record that suits the assignment.
• Discretion and a polished, professional manner.

Preferred experience

• Defensive, evasive, or advanced driver training.
• Experience driving with a protection team.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, or the ability to learn routes quickly.
• Training in first aid or CPR.
